Data Delete Policy

Konnections concepts Inc. (“Konnections”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) do  save your personal data on its server. To delete them you can adopt the below mentioned processes.

    1. How to delete friend profile ?Firstly you cannot delete the data of any app user friend, you can just unfriend them. Although the process to do so is same with that of deleting profile of non-app user friend.To do this, you have to follow the below-mentioned steps
      • Open the friend profile Page
      • Scroll to the bottom of the page
      • Just click on the button saying “REMOVE USER”.

    1. How to delete Social login data used for getting registered / login in our app (Facebook, Google & Apple) ?For the ease of getting registered in our app we allow users to get registered using different social media as well.

      We do not save your Social login data on our server. However, according to Facebook policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.

      If you want to delete your Social login data from our App, you can remove your information by following these steps:

      • Go to your social media (Facebook, Google & Apple) account’s Setting & Privacy.
      • Click “Settings”
      • Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your that social media.
      • Search and Click “Konnections” in the search bar.
      • Scroll and click “Remove”.
    1. How to delete User info provided in the app ?Your profile comprise of several kind of data like personal info, email info etc. To delete them you have to adopt the following flow :-
      • Personal Info – For deleting last name and date of birth (DOB) you need to
        1. Visit profile page
        2. click on edit button in front of personal info, you will be taken to a new page
        3. Remove the last and DOB from the input boxes
        4. Click on submit button
      • Contact Number
        1. Visit profile page
        2. click on edit button in front of contact info, you will be taken to a new page
          1. delete the contact number from the input box
          2. Completely delete the card by clicking bin icon on the card
        3. Click on submit button
      • Email
        1. Visit profile page
        2. click on edit button in front of email, you will be taken to a new page
          1. delete the email from the input box
          2. Completely delete the card by clicking bin icon on the card
        3. Click on submit button
      • Mailing Address
        1. Visit profile page
        2. click on edit button in front of Address, you will be taken to a new page
          1. delete the address from the input box
          2. Completely delete the card by clicking bin icon on the card
        3. Click on submit button
      • Social media links
        1. Visit profile page
        2. click on edit button in front of Social media, you will be taken to a new page
        3. delete the social media from the input box
        4. Click on submit button
    2. How to delete Self profile ?
      To delete your own (self) profile in our app means deleting all the data related to you that we have. This will not only delete your profile but will also delete all the data related to you and your friends stored in our app. Once this is then you cannot use the app further or else you have to create a new profile if you wish to use the app again.For deleting your profile you need to

      1. visit the Profile page
      2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
      3. Just click on the button saying “DELETE PROFILE”. on the button  on the bottom of this page.
